Return & Refund Policy

At PHOS , every wooden cross is carefully hand-crafted with care, patience, and attention to detail. We want you to love your piece, which is why we offer a clear and fair return and exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • You may request a return or exchange within [14 days] from the date you receive your order.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

3. Handcrafted & Natural Wood Notice

  • Natural Wood Variations: Wood is a natural material with unique grain patterns, knots, and subtle color shades. Minor variations between items are not considered defects, but rather evidence of authentic, individual craft.

  • Custom & Engraved Crosses: Personalized or custom-engraved orders (e.g., custom names, dates, or bespoke dimensions) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging to our  email / WhatsApp number.

  • We will send you a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Preference: If you wish to return or exchange an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

  • Defect/Our Error: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover all return and re-shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message confirming receipt.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or via instapay within 5 to 10 business days.
